Complaints/Content Removal Policy

Process

  • The Account Holder will encourage and oversee reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the TOS.
  • All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days.
  • All decisions made based on our investigation will be in line with the TOS.
  • If the investigation determines that consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed immediately.

If you have issue with or have been depicted improperly in content found on this website that is processed by CCBill, and you would like to appeal for its removal, please email [email protected] with the following information.

 Please provide as much identifying information about the reported content as possible, including but not limited to:
  • Identifying information about the merchant, website, and/or user that is responsible for the reported content.
  • A short description detailing your problem with the reported content.
  • The exact date and time you encountered the reported content on the merchant website
  • The URL of the Content you are reporting
  • Your legal name, email address, and whether you have ever agreed to the distribution of this content.

Anyone depicted in Content may appeal to have said Content removed from the website.
